Sunset Point is powered by Head Table Hospitality, an industry leading company that specializes in designing and operating modern event spaces.  Every rental includes a full event team who is with you from the moment of booking through to the day of your event.  We provide detailed planning support where you need it, timeline creation, floor plan design, and 24/7 on-call assistance if you have questions or need suggestions (literally 24/7).  On the day of your event, we also take care of setup, breakdown, cleanup, and timeline oversight – ensuring your day unfolds smoothly, beautifully, and exactly the way you planned. But with us, we offer a complete list of optional in-house vendors and additional services, giving you the ability to create an all-inclusive turn-key celebration. You can bring in your own vendors if you’d like, or you can enjoy the stress-free simplicity of booking everything in one place. Your Celebration Starts Here

Packages & Booking

By now, you’ve seen just how much we offer and include: The Spaces, the Staff, the Support, the Amenities, the Vendors, and the Additional Services. But now it’s time to introduce the best part, the ease and convenience of booking your event at Sunset Point.

Our Staff and Amenities always come included, for one flat price – no taxes, no fees, and no nonsense.  Booking is simple, sign a contract, pay a reasonable deposit ($500 to $1000), and from there your balance is split into multiple payments, spread out between booking and the date of your event. Our vendors and services doesn’t increase your deposit, and you can remove them from your reservation at any point (up to four months before your event), without any penalty or charge.

We’ve even created a series of pre-built packages for you to explore. Each one includes a different combination of the venue, our vendors, and our additional services.
